AQUILINA. On April 2, Fr PAUL, OSA, a priest at St Mark’s convent in Rabat, aged 70, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss the Augustinian Friars, his sisters Tessie Aquilina and Angela and her husband Nazzareno Formosa, his brother Anthony and his wife Salvina, nephews and nieces, relatives and friends, among them the Christian Community of Buskett. Fr Aquilina will be lying in repose at the convent today between 10am and noon for those who wish to pay their last respects. A funeral cortege leaves the convent today at 1.30pm for St Mark’s church where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2pm followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. ATTARD. On April 4, at Villa Messina, Rabat, ROGER of Rabat, aged 69, went to meet the Risen Christ, surrounded by his family and comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his irreparable loss his sister Pauline Robertson and her partner David Cassar, his brothers and sisters, Anthony, Dominic, Marion, Frank, Theresa, Josephine and Carmen, their respective husbands, wives and partners, his uncles Anthony and Leon Aquilina and his aunt Paulina Clews, his many nephews and nieces, other relatives and his friends, carers and companions at Mtarfa Resource Centre. The funeral leaves Villa Messina tomorrow at 1.45pm for St Dominic’s priory church, Rabat, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2pm, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Joyce, his children Rebekah and Christopher and his girlfriend Nicole, his mother Elvira, his sister Bernardette and her husband Joseph, his in-laws, nephews and nieces, other relatives, colleagues of Unscheduled Bus Services and friends. The funeral cortege leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 8.30am for Sacro Cuor parish church, Sliema, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 9am, followed by interment at Luqa parish church cemetery.
