A series of bus users’ group meetings are being held by Malta Public Transport to “listen and gather feedback”.

The company said in a statement today this was the first in a number of initiatives it was launching to give customers a say in the way the bus service operation was run.

The users’ group meetings would discuss all aspects of the bus service, including new initiatives currently in the pipeline.

A limited number of places will be available on a first come first serve basis. Those who do not manage to secure a place for the first meeting would be contacted to attend the following session. All bus users are invited. The first meeting is on February 18.
