Mgr Salv Grima donated blood for the 128th time at the Gozo General Hospital’s Outpatients Department during an event organised by National Blood Transfusion Service (NBTS) staff.

Gozo bishop Mario Grech presented Grima with a memento to thank him and the other blood donors for being an example to others, and to appeal for more Maltese and Gozitans to donate blood.

Hospital CEO Nadine Delicata, head nursing services Joseph Fenech, practice nurse for NBTS public relations and marketing Tony Micallef and pastoral secretary for the Gozo diocese Fr Giovanni Curmi were also present.
