Raymond Galea 49, was granted bail today after he was accused in court of stealing some €17,000 worth of vehicles and farm equipment including a tractor.

He pleaded not guilty. The theft took place on October 22.

Mr Galea was arraigned after the police raided his property and allegedly found some of the stolen items.

He was also accused of being a relapser.

Bail was granted against a guarantee of €10,000.
