Ingredients
Duck breast
Hoisin sauce
Garlic, minced
Fresh ginger, minced
Light soy sauce
Noodles
Carrots
Onions
Mushrooms
Sesame oil
Zucchini
Oyster sauce

Method

Marinate the duck breast in hoisin sauce, ginger and garlic and leave in the fridge overnight.

Cut the vegetables into strips.

In a very hot, non-stick pan, put the marinated duck breast skin side down. Cook for seven minutes and turn, and cook for another seven minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the noodles as per packet instructions and stir-fry the vegetables in a tablespoon of sesame oil.

Add the noodles to the vegetables with two table-spoons oyster sauce and light soy sauce.

Serve with the duck.
