Reductions in the price of 22 medicine products, ranging from five to 60 per cent, were announced yesterday.
The government said the Consumer Affairs Ministry together with the Medicines Authority and the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority was embarking on an educational campaign to encourage better patient participation in the choice of medicines.
