Serves four
Ingredients
1 litre water
30g beef
50g noodles
2g salt
Few drops of oil
2g sugar
3g soy sauce
5g onions
10g cornflour
Method
Boil the noodles in water until they are soft.
Meanwhile, shred the beef into long thin strips and stir with the salt, sugar, soy sauce and oil.
When the noodles are done, add all the ingredients and cook for three minutes.
Add the cornflour to thicken the soup.
