Malta University Consulting is holding a 16-hour course in e-marketing between April and May aimed at people involved or planning marketing campaigns.

The programme is designed to be beneficial to people who are new to e-marketing and marketers who have already made use of on online tools. They will learn about planning and executing more effective marketing campaigns.

The course will give organisations the ability to plan a campaign using different online tools as part of their integrated marketing plan. As well as covering best practices, it will discuss several aspects like customer relationship management in today’s digital world, along with website marketing, e-mail marketing and social marketing.

It is co-coordinated and led by Kristel Jo Bishop, an e-business and marketing lecturer and consultant. She has significant experience in e-strategy, e-business and e-marketing environment, mainly in planning and project management of online projects for high profile organisations both in the private and public sector.
