Sports students and their lecturers at the Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology are offering free fitness testing to their peers at the college.

As part of their studies, students on the Mcast-Btec Extended Diploma in Sport (Development, Coaching and Fitness) course are inviting students and staff who would like to adopt a healthier lifestyle to undergo fitness tests at the college gym and receive advice on how to boost their fitness levels.

The screening is being conducted by the students, guided by their lecturers. After completing the screening, the students offer one-to-one fitness training programmes at the college’s new fitness centre, which was recently opened for all Mcast students and employees.
