• If our flight is delayed for more than five hours, we may cancel our flight and get a refund for the flight ticket, or we may opt for re-routing.

• As air passengers we are entitled to financial compensation if our flight is cancelled or delayed for more than three hours, or if we are denied boarding.

• Monetary compensation varies according to the length of the flight.

• A claim for compensation must, in the first instance, be made with the concerned airline; then, if necessary, with the enforcement body where the incident took place.
