Konnekt Search and Selection, the psychology-oriented recruitment agency has unveiled the latest version of its website.

The upgrade’s design considered the 8,000 unique monthly visitors, most of whom are candidates looking for a career move or graduates searching for their first job.

The career opportunities section now has improved functionality, with a cleaner and fresher look, allowing for a fast and streamlined job hunt. A new feature on the site is the job tags, allowing users to choose from two categories by using keywords like accountant, manager, executive or different sectors like financial services, information technology, retail, manufacturing to make the job search as easy as possible.

Clients can now browse Konnekt’s services in the new and updated recruitment solutions section. There is also a selection of training for human resources professionals. Konnekt, in collaboration with Talent Q, will now be offering personality assessments and verbal and logical tests.

The company is providing evidence-based training in recruitment and interviewing to in-house human resources teams by sharing some of its extensive knowledge. The programmes will help recruiters and HR personnel delve deeper in the vast and growing world of psychology-based recruitment.
