During the weeks preceding the Budget speech, Labour Party spokesmen led by Joseph Muscat had been saying that a Labour Government will retain the positive features of the Budget.

Now that the Budget has been presented, they are saying that they will leave it intact if Labour wins the next election.

Am I right to interpret this to mean that the whole Budget is good and that, for once, Labour has admitted that this Government has done something right?
