I never thought customer service was one of the main fortes of Maltese companies but it’s getting truly exhausting, to say the least.

I e-mailed Air Malta Flypass with a simple query on March 23 and never got a reply. I gave it a week and e-mailed again through their website with reference to my original e-mail. Still no reply. I tried calling Flypass and wasted 15 minutes waiting for someone to take my call until I gave up and hung up.

The only thing I can think of doing next is going over personally to their offices, maybe someone there will actually notice they’ve got customers they need to attend to. Unbelievable.
