Guitar-driven indie rock is clearly the order of the day in the Bridget Bone camp and the latest installment is a punchy tune by the name of Gregory Jackson.

The single is the third offering from this young four-piece band since they first surfaced on the local scene about two years ago.

As with their 2011 debut single Monkey Role and its notorious follow-up Jackie the Stripper (whose popularity was boosted further via an eye-catching music video), Gregory Jackson is fast gaining ground on several radio playlists, thanks not only to its catchy riff but also for its rock ’n’ roll vitality.

To date, the Bridget Bone have performed several gigs around Malta, including events such as the Farsons Beer Festival, Bay Music Awards, and more recently, MMSA’s Ballo Dei Cavalieri.

The band is currently preparing to record its debut album and eagerly planning yet ano-ther music video for a very particular song. To listen to Gregory Jackson and the band’s earlier releases and music videos, log on to www.youtube.com/bridgetbone.
