Turmoil was recently caused as a result of the industrial action taken at Qantas and Air France airlines, called by the unions representing the airlines’ staff.

However, it may have escaped Air Malta’s management (as everything else seems to do) that these massively disruptive and costly strike actions (still unresolved) were called as a result of both those respective airlines’ “restructuring” attempts. Please note Air Malta!
