The end of January saw the first script-writing workshop as part of Premju Francis Ebejer.

Marco Galea made a presentation of the past 200 years of Maltese theatre, while director Lino Farrugia gave a few tips on how one could tackle script-writing and an idea of what working with Ebejer was like.

The first workshop was an introduction to a series of another four workshops that will deal with different aspects of writing for the theatre. The next workshop is titled ‘Għala tikteb dramm?’ and will be conducted by Carmel Aquilina.

The session will be held in the Manoel Theatre courtyard tomorrow between 6 and 7.30 p.m.

Following the workshop, Poeżijaplus will be presenting an evening with screen director Mario Philip Azzopardi, who will be interviewed by Peppi Azzopardi.
