The Labour Party said today that 206 submissions with designs for a new party emblem had been received from 96 artists, students and graphic art companies.

It said that the submissions would now be examined by a technical team led by the party’s chief executive James Piscopo, Ray Mangion, Albert Marshall, Jackie Mercieca, Edward Zammit and representatives of PL branches.

Once that process is over, the final and decisive phase of the project follows with the PL members making the final choice.
