Second Malta Property Expo

After the success of the first Malta Property Expo held earlier this year at the Malta Fairs and Conventions Centre, organisers Duplex Real Estate Branding recently signed an agreement to hold the second edition next year.

This agreement paves the way for the Malta Property Expo 2010 to be held between March 4 and 7, at the MFCC in Ta' Qali.

David Grech, event co-ordinator with Duplex REB, said the feedback received from exhibitors and visitors was positive.

"Apart from some minor signage issues on the approach roads outside, everything else met our expectations," he said.

Although the Expo 2010 will be officially launched next month, numerous exhibitors have already reserved their stand space. Almost 100 exhibitors, including estate agents and developers, banks and other government and non-governmental entities are expected to participate.
