Melita Mobile launches cheaper text bundles

Melita Mobile is offering €5 SMS bundles for subscribers who prefer to send text messages.

Each SMS bundle offers subscribers a total of 250 texts at 2 cents each and is available to pre-paid and pay monthly subscribers. The 2 cents text message offer can be used when sending messages to all local mobile numbers.

To subscribe to the offer, pre-paid customers need to send a blank text message to 16805 to receive confirmation that their SMS bundle has been activated. Before sending the message, pre-paid subscribers need to make sure that they have enough credit in their account.

Pay-monthly (contract) customers should call 100 from the handset or visit one of Melita's stores or resellers. After subscribing to the SMS bundle, customers can check their remaining SMS balance by sending a blank text to 16805.
