Police chase stolen van - man arrested
A van reported stolen from Ta' Qali at around noon today was found by the Mobile Squad within a few minutes.
The police said a man reported his Toyota Hiace van missing and a few minutes later, policemen on patrol saw the van being driven in Zebbug. They followed it and stopped it in Siggiewi, arresting the driver.
A man in another car being driven in front of the van was also arrested.

Well done to the Police Officers in question. A Policeman`s lot is not an easy one - very often they are criticized, on occasions they are complimented.Thank you for protecting the citizens in this case.

Well Done to our police force. Credit should be given when due and this was a classic case of a job very-well done by the Malta police.
