May I ask you to change the heading on the subject "Home improvements paid for to no avail" to "David Isaac not honouring agreements"?

As I have informed you in previous correspondence, I have now raised the subject with the Consumer Claims Tribunal and if you can, I would kindly ask you to get information about two other cases which have been put aside by the tribunal because Mr Isaac never collected the notices sent to him with the appointment date of the tribunal. I know that there are other people who were let down by Mr Isaac and I would ask them to take the opportunity to come forward through your column. (Edmund Barbara)

Since the last telephone call by Mr Isaac on January 15, when he promised me he will finish work the following Friday or Saturday, I was not contacted again. In fact he has not finished the job which he started on April 20, 2006. (Joseph B. Urry)

I have no problem replacing the heading, as suggested. Indeed, I have never dealt with any supplier or trader as evasive as David Isaac, or whatever his real name is. In cases referred to this column involving suppliers or traders, before deciding whether to feature complainants' letters, we always ask the respective suppliers or traders for their side. To be fair, generally, most of them do reply more or less promptly. After all, it is in their interest. However, Mr Isaac does not reply to our requests for his comments. In fact he actually rejects his mail.

Therefore, considering that it is impossible to communicate with Mr Isaac, we have no other option but to keep on asking David Isaac, publicly via this column, to honour his agreements with his clients.

In the meantime, consumers who commissioned Mr Isaac to do some work for them and this was not delivered, are invited to write to this column to keep consumers informed accordingly. However, despite Mr Isaac's non-communicative stance, I ask you to still abide by our terms and conditions by copying him in. Thus he will have no excuse.

Therefore, as long as Mr Isaac continues to ignore our requests for his comments, we will feature letters from consumers regarding him without his comments. In any case, yet again, I appeal to Mr Isaac to communicate with us so we could resolve matters accordingly.
