To mark its 75th anniversary, the Maltese Society for the Transportation of the Sick to Lourdes is organising its annual pilgrimage to Lourdes between July 23 and 28, with the participation of the Archbishop, Mgr Joseph Mercieca.

The sick, persons with disability, relatives, friends and other pilgrims will have the opportunity to visit Our Lady of Lourdes, to participate in religious functions, and experience the spiritual presence of Our Lady at the Grotto. Pilgrims will be assisted by medical officers, priests, qualified nurses, dame and barellieri. New members are welcome.

Those who wish to join this pilgrimage, can register and obtain all the relative information from the society's office at 6, Fredrick Street, Valletta, or at 129, Archbishop Street, Valletta, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 9.30 and 11.30 a.m. Applications will be accepted until the end of May.
