KPMG has appointed two new partners and a director.
Mr Anthony Pace has been appointed as tax partner, David Caruana as partner, financial advisory services, and Mark Bamber as director, business advisory services.
Their appointment was effective as from January 1.
Mr Pace has been with the firm for 12 years and he currently sits on the Indirect Taxation Committee of the Malta Institute of Taxation.
Mr Caruana joined KPMG in 1989 and has since been involved in financial advisory engagements including initial public offerings, business and share valuations.
Bamber joined KPMG in 1997 and is a member of the Institute for the Management of Information Systems and a member of the Institute of the Financial Services Practitioners.
The appointments bring the number of partners/directors of KPMG to 13.
