Growing iGaming company is looking for a Salesforce Specialist to manage their CRM system and report directly to Head of Support.

- Work with the project team and management on business solutions, designing processes and flows
- Supporting company’s users with technical problems
- Implementing, testing and training on new developments
- Data loading and manipulation.
- Collect change requirements from users and stakeholders
- Writing detailed documents
- Familiar with Salesforce environment
- Experience with: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Force.com, PRM users, Enterprise user, Live agent
- Experience with Apex and Visual Force coding
- Salesforce.com Certification will be considered an asset
- Creative, problem solving and analytical thinking
- Knowledgeable with Excel functions
