About the role
Devise a quote for the service to be delivered based on the analysis of the request sent. You will have the support of the engineering teams as well as other teams if that is deemed necessary,
You are the sole responsible for the quality of the service given, and all follow-ups that might ensue. You are also the garantor of customer satisfaction for your given perimeter of activity,
You will maintain the document repository accessible to the customers, based on your experience during coaching sessions. The documents will include but will not be limited to :
Creation of tutorials
Focus on functionalities
You will plan and drive training and coaching sessions based on our offers
You will contribute to the evolution of the catalog of services that is provided to the customer. Your suggestions will target the evolution of the offer based on your experience with the customer.
- Professional experience in IT and Networking :
- System administration (Linux/Windows)
- Knowledge of the security perimeter (firewall configuration, load balancers, …)\
- Installation of web oriented middleware (LAMP/WAMP, Apache, proxy and reverse-proxy, sFTP, serveur SMTP / IMAP, etc.)
