More than 60 graduates have completed Frank Salt Real Estate’s Masterclass in Real Estate.

The Masterclass series attracted over 90 applicants who had the opportunity to get a strong understanding of how real estate in Malta operates, as well as a preview of the skills required to take up real estate as a profession.

The intensive eight-session course, spread over a month, saw the participation of more than 20 lecturers and real estate experts, most having had direct experience in the field with a minimum of 10 years’ experience or longer. Attendees also had the opportunity to meet up with established property consultants who shared some of their success stories, along with hands-on tips.

The course covered various topics dealing with both residential and commercial property, as well as sales and letting. It also covered a good degree of legal and industry regulation elements, such as the process of selling or buying a property, obtaining financing, contract obligations and Malta’s residence programmes.

Participants found the networking sessions to be fruitful, since they even got the chance to meet ‘real’ people from the industry.

The Master Class in Real Estate is one of a series of initiatives that Frank Salt Real Estate is organising to mark its 50th anniversary. A second Master Class programme is expected to run again later this year.
