These are the stories which made it to Friday's front pages:
The Times of Malta reports on a seminar on Thursday which discussed the European Commission's report on Malta, under the headline 'Brussels sees lack of progress on corruption'. It also explains how the prosecuting side of the Attorney General's role is to be hived off.
The Malta Independent also features the Attorney General story, along with one about a person with HIV who is finding it hard to find a relationship because of the disease.
In-Nazzjon writes about the visit of the Opposition leader Adrian Delia to Brussels for the PPE meeting and his speech on Brexit and against abortion.
L-Orizzont also takes about the division of the Attorney General's role, and reports that 58 babies will be born as a result of the IVF procedures carried out in 2018.
