The 31-year-old man sought by the police since Thursday has been found. 

David Liniker Micallef was arrested on Saturday morning and was being detained at the Corradino Correction Facility, the police said. 

A nationwide appeal for help to track down the man was made on Thursday.

In a statement, the police thanked the public for its cooperation.
