It has been announced that the old military hospital in Mtarfa is likely to be changed into an international school, which many residents are opposing.

This is because the military hospital is part of history when Malta was under the British rule and such history should not be lost forever.

This landmark in our locality should be enjoyed by both Maltese and tourists.

The chapel of St Oswald, situated very close to the hospital, should also be conserved because it is one of the few old chapels of its kind still in use.
