For the fourth year running, Farsons Group organised a Well-Being Week forits employees.

In what has now become an annual October appointment, Farsons has once again dedicated a week to promoting positive health, physical activity and mental well-being to all its employees across the group. This year’s activities included a daily healthy breakfast, chair massage therapy, physical training and yoga sessions, blood glucose, blood pressure and foot check-ups.

Presentations by healthcare professionals were also held, with the various subjects including mental health, prevention and management of diabetes, substance abuse, podiatry care and maintaining a healthy weight.

“In addition to promoting the general well-being of our workforce, including mental well-being and further supporting our employees to feel empowered to take on challenges in a positive way, we aim to achieve better balance in all levels. We hope this will help us feel better with ourselves and with the Farsons Group,” said HR services manager Tonio Mifsud Bonnici.

Employees were encouraged to make their donations during this week, with collected funds going to Puttinu Cares.
