A programme aimed at training teachers on how to identify, educate and counsel gifted students in primary, secondary and higher education was recently launched on a national level by the Education Ministry’s Directorate for Learning and Assessment Programmes (DLAP).

The RadboudCSW International Training on High Ability (RITHA) programme is an interdisciplinary and blended 18-month programme focused on psychology, pedagogy and education. Based on the latest evidence-based scientific in­sights about giftedness, the programme aims to improve partici­pants’ ability to educate all students, including those who are most talented.
