While Zach Muscat did not play as Pistoiese had their Serie C game called off, two other Malta internationals still featured on the field of play.
Martina Borg played over an hour for Fortitudo Mozzecane in their 2-2 draw against Genoa Women in the Italian Serie B.
Meanwhile, defender Nicole Sciberras featured in Grifone Gialloverde's 9-0 victory over Virtus Faiti to make it three wins in three.
At youth level, goalkeeper Rashed Al-Tumi was Palermo's custodian in their 4-2 win over Crotone in the last 32 of the Coppa Italia Primavera. In the round of 16, scheduled for December 19, the team from Siciliy will face Inter.

Luke Gambin was deployed from the start and played the whole game for Crawley Town in their League Two encounter against Tranmere Rovers, which the latter claimed by five goals to one.
Defender Sam Magri enjoyed the full 90 minutes as well, as he featured in Ebbsfleet United's 1-1 draw at Salford in England's fifth tier.
Youngster Andrea Borg featured for 57 minutes in Kettering Town's 2-0 win on home soil against Stourbridge in the first qualifying round of the FA Trophy.

Joseph Ellul, captain of Braintree Town, had a pretty impressive four days for his club. On Saturday, he helped the team to record a 2-1 win over Dover Athletic in the Vanarama National League which earned him a spot in the Best XI of the week as well.

Meanwhile, last Tuesday, Ellul was in the starting XI in their 4-2 win over Bromley.
CYPRUS
Andre Schembri was involved in Apollon Limassol's latest two outings. In last week's UEFA Europa League group stage appointment at Eintracht Frankfurt, he played the second 45 minutes and could have pulled one back for the Cyprus side but his header went wide.
Apollon went on to lose 2-0 as they are now bottom of the standings with France's Marseille at one point.
Meanwhile, last Monday, he played the first 45 minutes in Apollon's domestic fixture with Doxa, with the game ending in a 1-1 stalemate.

Jacob Borg and his Finn Harps' clan are one game away from securing promotion to Ireland's top-flight after defeating Limerick 1-0, last Monday. The second leg is scheduled for Friday.
Meanwhile, youngster Dany Testa played two games in two days for his side Greystones United. On Saturday, he featured for the Seniors B team against Glenville, with the latter claiming a 2-1 win.
The following day, Testa appeared for the U-18 selection in their 5-3 victory over Cabinteely with the Maltese player grabbing a couple of assists.

Goalkeeper Beppe Mangion made his debut for Partick Thistle U-16 as he was deployed in their 2-1 win over St Johnstone.
SERBIA
Jamie Zerafa played the final 15 minutes of FK Indjija's 3-0 home win over Sloboda that lifted to the top of the Prva Liga, Serbia's second-tier.
FK Indjija are currently leading the way on 32 points after 14 matches, one point clear of Javor and FK Zlatibor.
On Sunday, FK Indjija travel to second-placed Javor in a top-of-the-table clash.
