• Couples need to shop around to find the services that best meet their needs.

• Couples must clearly communicate their needs to the supplier before concluding a booking.

• Before signing bookings, couples are responsible to carefully read and understand the terms and conditions of the contract of sale.

• Any agreed changes to the contract of sale must be signed by both parties.

• Unless otherwise specified in the contract of sale, if a booking is not fully honoured by the couple, legally they may not only lose any deposit paid but may also be obliged to pay the full balance.

• Refunds may be claimed when suppliers fail to honour their commitment.

• The couple is responsible to keep evidence of any payment made.
