Artist Joe Debono’s new exhibition of paintings Ilwien Imsaħħra (Magical Colours) – on display at level 2, Il-Ħaġar museum, St George’s Square, Victoria –  may be viewed until October 28 between 9am and 5pm seven days a week. Entrance is free.

Another current exhibition is Graham Gurr’s Images of the Orient, which is open until Friday. Other exhibits currently on display include decorated postcards and icons of St George.

A public talk by Godwin Vella with the theme ‘Early modern Rabat: Continuity and change’ will also be held at Il-Ħaġar museum on Saturday at 11am, as part of the 17th edition of Festival Mediterranea.

The public talk is free but seat reservations can be made by e-mailing events@heartofgozo.com.mt.
