Chorus Urbanus, led by its long-standing conductor John Galea, took part in two key events in Palermo marking new milestones in the choir’s rich history. They performed a cappella sacred music at the Palermo Cathedral, including several works by Dr Galea, and they also sang Dr Galea’s Missa In Fractione Panis during a Sunday Mass at the Duomo di Monreale. The Mass was led by archpriest Nicola Gaglio who praised the choir as a closely-knit group and congratulated them for their excellent performance. The choir is seen here at Monreale Cathedral.
