Twenty-seven students from St Martin’s Institute of Higher Education, a licensed higher education institution by the National Commission for Further and Higher Education and affiliate institution of the University of London, ranked in the top 10 marks internationally in their respective subjects in the examination results published recently.

Most notably, three of the students were classified first worldwide: Valentina Cauchi in International HR Management; Rebecca Degiorgio in Multinational Enterprise; and Cecilia Mzayek in Creative Computing I: Image, Sound and Motion. Moreover, Simon Agius Muscat obtained six top 10 marks out of the seven examination papers taken.

A spokesman for the institute commented that what make these achievements more extraordinary is the fact that these examinations are set by the University of London and taken by some 50,000 students worldwide. “This proves that the institute’s standards within the international academic system are second to none,” he said.
