MGA publishes Directive

The Malta Gaming Authority has notified its licensees and the general public that in pursuant to article 7(2) of the new Gaming Act (Cap. 583 of the Laws of Malta), it is issuing the Directive on the Calculation of Compliance Contribution as a binding instrument in order to clarify the manner in which applicable fees are calculated in terms of the Gaming Licence Fees Regulations.

Kindred submits request for gaming licence

Kindred Group has officially applied for a gaming licence with Sweden’s gambling authority. The licence, if approved, will allow the Malta-based company to offer online betting and gaming services in Sweden.

Sports betting giant Bet365 has announced its agreement to sponsor half of the teams in Spain’s La Liga. The operator has penned two-year deals with 10 clubs, handing the firm in-stadium brand presence as well as digitally. Recently, Bet365 inked a deal with Hard Rock Atlantic City Casino.

Videoslots joins forces with Spigo

Leading online casino operator, Videoslots.com, has agreed to a deal with Danish games developer Spigo to integrate its slots content. Under the terms of the deal, Boyd will have access to FanDuel’s sportsbook technology and services for its online platform.

The operator has successfully landed an agreement with zamba.co, making it one of the first igaming companies with certified video slots on the Colombian igaming market.
