The QuickLets and Zanzi Homes (QLZH Group) branch network has expanded further with a new addition in Ta’ Xbiex.  This brings the total number of offices up to 19, with another four currently being finalised and expected to open in the next few months.

Taking on this new challenge are business partners and lifelong friends Kyle Borg Nicolas and Nicky Mifsud Bonnici, the new franchise owners who bring to the table years of experience as top performers at Quicklets as letting specialists.

Mr Borg Nicolas said: “Ta’ Xbiex has always been a beautiful area to live in with fantastic marina views and open green spaces, both of which we can enjoy from our office. This creates an enjoyable work environment which increases productivity.”

Mr Mifsud Bonnici said: “I always loved the property market and it felt natural to join Quicklets which has given us the opportunity to grow into young entrepreneurs. We are already pleased with what we have achieved so far, which gives us the confidence to invest and grow further. We aim to expand our letting team and take over the Zanzi Homes brand in the coming months,” he added.
