Wealth Back Office Officer

Reporting to the Senior Manager - Back Office & Settlements, the selected candidate will be responsible for the daily settlements in relation to the consumer wealth trading platform.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Inputting of cash entries, payment orders and transactions
  • Working on administrative tasks which include the scanning and filing of documentation
  • Assisting the Manager/Senior Officer in their day to day duties whilst ensuring that this is done in an efficient and timely manner
  • Supporting internal departments and/or external institutions with their requests
  • Adhering to audit, compliance and risk procedures
  • Supporting the other team members within the department

Required knowledge, skills and experience

  • Diploma in Finance, Banking or a related field
  • Experience in a similar role would be considered an asset
  • Knowledge of SWIFT functionality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail
