Senior Manager - Insurance

The Senior Manager will manage an internal team responsible for carrying out analytical duties related to compliance by insurance undertakings and intermediaries Further responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Director in the general management of the office;
  • Mentoring and managing the existing team of analysts;
  • Coordinating the work of analysts under their responsibility;
  • Leading onsite inspections carried out at the premises of insurance organisations;
  • Attending and participating as may be required in local and overseas training and meetings;

Selected candidate will be required to possess strong experience within the insurance sector and will be required to demonstrate in depth knowledge of regulatory
requirements applicable to the financial services sector, particularly in the area of
insurance. S/he should have the ability to manage, lead and inspire a team and are in possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills.
