Senior Executive Assistant

A well established health care service provider is seeking to employ a Senior Executive Assistant to support senior management in ensuring smooth running of daily operations.

Job duties include:

  • Coordination of daily schedules of senior management
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and clients/employees
  • Create regular reports and update internal database
  • Make the necessary travel arrangements
  • Manage calls and e-mails
  • Distribute information and schedule presentation - facilitate internal communication
  • Review and recommend changes to relevant company policies

Skills and Qualifications required:

  • Previous working experience in a similar position
  • Familiarity with office procedures
  • Solid experience with office management systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Diploma level of education or similar
