Reporting Assurance Officer (Contact Centre)


  • A Level standard of education
  • Strong knowledge especially of MS Excel and competent in other MS applications including Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle data extraction requests of varying size and scope

It is also desirable that candidates possess:

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work within a team and also independently with minimum supervision

Main Duties:

  • Compile daily reports by gathering information and data from company systems 
  • Critically analyse the data gathered to identify trends and changes in performance
  • Produce colleague sales and performance reports
  • Support and produce customised reporting and recommendations in support  of ongoing business decisions or initiatives;      
  • Generate ad hoc reporting;
  • Present data table and charts in excel or in any other appropriate format
  • Conduct other duties in line with business needs
