Payroll / Accounts Assistant - Corporate Services

A brand that offers a variety of services comprising mainly in Audit, Assurance, Tax and Corporate Services, are looking for a Payroll and Accounts assistant to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Payroll for a portfolio of clients
  • Handling of Client queries regarding Payroll
  • Assisting the Accounts department
  • Maintaining the books of Accounts and Records
  • Processing Bank and cash reconciliations
  • Assist in the compilation of VAT returns
  • Assistance with Ad-hoc payroll, accounting and other requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum O’Level standard in Accounts or related subject
  • 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Any Payroll related Courses achieved would be considered an asset
  • Working knowledge of payroll software and Microsoft Excel
  • Good interpersonal Skill
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
