Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager, together with the Management Committee, participates in defining the marketing strategy of the company and has for objective the drafting of the marketing plan, its implementation and operational follow-up.

He/She also ensures the marketing relationships with the company’s partners, i.e, the suppliers, and assists in their selection. He/She also serves as sales support for the development of the commercial pipeline.

He/She is thus accountable for the results of operations carried out which must result in:

  • Leads Generation
  • Promotional marketing & communication towards the customers
  • A follow-up of the actual budgets previously defined

He/She is in charge of the operational management of people available internally (company staff) and externally (suppliers and service providers).


MISSIONS

- Consulting and Strategy

  • Participate actively in the development of an annual marketing plan (thematic, types of campaigns, targeting ...)
  • Draft and present the marketing plan to the Executive Committee
  • Define and implement the necessary measures for the realisation of the marketing plan in accordance with budget commitments
  • Reorganize the product offering by market and business segment
  • Monitor the plan’s performance in terms of lead generation, conversion rate and signature of contracts
  • Establish the group's reputation and promote its international expansion

- Structuring and development of the marketing department

  • Consolidate existing activities to enable new business development
  • Define and set up an optimized and efficient organization
  • Ensure monitoring on the development of marketing tools and techniques and ensure its dissemination and understanding within the Management Committee

- Marketing Intelligence

  • Carry out a commercial and competitive intelligence monitoring to adapt the offer in line with the market
  • Centralise analysis, studies and market indicators
  • Use these strategic information for effective decision-making and design / develop an appropriate marketing strategy
  • Evaluate the impact of new products and monitor the follow-up

- Digital Marketing

  • Define and accompany the group in its new digital communication strategy
  • Improve the brand’s visibility on the web and its SEO
  • Be informed of the latest marketing and web innovations/news
  • Use of tracking tools and performance monitoring

- Finally, implement any action that contributes to the improvement of the marketing strategy and the achievement of results

SKILLS

  • Master digital and offline marketing techniques and tools
  • Listen to the market/ Be responsive to market demand, carry out research and identify new trends
  • Be comfortable with IT solutions, their implementation and constraints (Desirable)
  • Get multiple internal and external interlocutors to work together
  • Organize a telemarketing, promotion and communication campaign
  • Define specifications for a communication agency / advertising agency

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing
  • Masters Degree in Marketing or any related field
  • Autonomy/ Ability to manage a budget and a project / classify priorities / Work in a team
  • Good written and verbal communication in both French  & English
  • Third language would be a plus
  • Master office and communication tools (pack office, adobe creative cloud apps, google, social networks, CRM)
