Junior Technical Support Analyst

A well-established firm in the Technology field is expanding its team.


  • Providing 1st line support to corporate users on MS Office applications and core user telecommunication tools
  • Provide general desktop support, configuration of Windows applications, troubleshooting and repair of hardware and software systems
  • Escalate to 2nd line support when required, regarding core systems and operational infrastructure issues as well as new projects
  • Documenting internal systems and knowledge base articles
  • Monitoring servers and websites


  • At least 1 year of experience within similar responsibilities
  • Basic understanding of network systems
  • Microsoft Certification in Active Directory and studies in IT will be considered an asset
  • Qualifications relating to Networks and ITIL will be considered an asset
