HR Manager

A fully licensed payments services company is seeking to hire an HR Manager to join their local office

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Job Descriptions to cater for the needs of the respective departments and scheduling interviews to facilitate the recruitment and retention of qualified professionals
  • Preparation of Employment Contracts, registration of employees with JobsPlus and Inland Revenue
  • Implementation of HR Policy and Procedures, inclusive of salary bands, in line with business needs and development
  • Preparation of monthly payroll and maintenance of leave/sick leave records
  • Prepare KPI for all the departments, ensuring that targets are reached
  • Assisting senior management on HR related issues as and when required
  • Provide support with the Company’s administrative requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or an HR Related qualification
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills in both English and Maltese
  • Good command of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a “Can-Do” approach
  • Be familiar with GDPR
