HR Executive

A HR Executive is required to work within the hospitality sector.

In this role you will be responsible for the following:

  • Preparation and processing of payroll; review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets.
  • Liaising with external partners, and ensure legal compliance
  • Adhering to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.
  • Organizing and maintaining personnel records.
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies.
  • Setting up interviews and issue relevant correspondence.
  • Registering Engagements and Terminations according to corporate and statutory requirements.
  • Preparing end-of-month related documents.
  • Creating regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
  • Assisting employees in H.R related queries.
