Fund Administrator

Fantastic opportunity for a proactive, adaptable Fund Administrator in a leading fund administration business.


  • Processing of daily transactions and instructions to sub-custodians and record keeping systems (Paxus)
  • Liaise with Fund Managers, Brokers and Custodians to co-ordinate transaction settlements
  • Cash and Asset reconciliation to ensure accurate reporting
  • Completion of client specific reporting requirements
  • Establishing a strong relationship with the clients, assist with day to day requests and respond to their needs; on a timely manner
  • Preparing the year-end financial statements, regulatory reporting, and any other fund related reports

  • Ability to work under pressure and willing to learn
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Qualifications ideally in Accounting, Business or Mathematics or other as well
  • Work experience in the field will be considered an asset
  • Advanced level of Excel preferred but not essential
