Front Office Admin

A Technology division is seeking to employ a Front Office Admin. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performing general administrative duties;
  • Organizing meetings and events;
  • Handling petty cash, taking responsibility for warranty lines and credit control assistance;
  • Assisting in the HR functions


  • Smart, organized and energetic candidate who enjoys working with people;
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Maltese;
  • Customer care skills and good knowledge of basic technology systems;
  • Minimum of one years experience in a similar role
