Financial Planning Reporting officer

A company that provides wealth management advice to its clients, is currently looking for a Financial Planning and Reporting Officer.

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Financial Planning, Investment and Tax planning reports across the international markets
  • Checking the quality of reports produced by other regulated financial advisers to ensure they meet company standards 
  • Supporting Advisers with prospect/client queries and sales aids
  • Writing of new templates and paragraphs and keeping up to date with changing legislation 
  • Liaising with Product Providers and help maintain up to date information on available investment products
  • Providing support in resolving technical queries
  • Assisting with regular portfolio reviews/asset allocation reviews
  • Assisting / dealing with ad-hoc projects as and when required
  • Supporting the sales process and customer service

Qualifications:

  • Possess a university degree or equivalent qualification
  • Have or be working towards a UK level 4 qualification (Diploma) so as that they can be registered as a financial adviser with the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
